Ritual for the New Moon

๐ŸŒ‘ The New Moon is the moment of a new beginning, a symbolic time when the "blank slate" opens — and you set your intentions, seeds of desires and new cycles. The energy is quiet, introspective and ideal for an inner reset. Here's what you can do on the New Moon — both spiritually and practically:

1. Clear the space ๐Ÿƒ

- Burn sage, frankincense, rosemary or bay leaves.

- Open the windows to let the old energy out.

2. Clean yourself ๐Ÿ›

- Take a shower or bath with sea salt and a few drops of lavender or lemon essential oil.

- While the water flows down your body, imagine that everything you no longer need is leaving.

3. Write down your intentions ✍️

- Take a notebook only for the cycles of the Moon.

- Write down up to 10 desires in the present tense ("I am grateful that...", "I attract...", "I open myself to...").

- Focus on what you want to create, not on what you want to get rid of.

4. Visualize ๐ŸŒŒ

- Close your eyes and imagine how your wishes are already coming true.

- Feel the emotion — joy, peace, fulfillment.

5. Give thanks

- Finally, say: "I believe that the Universe knows the right moment for each of my wishes."
