Day 1 – A refreshing start
Drink: Water with rosemary* and a slice of lemon.
Ritual: Pour water into a glass, add rosemary and lemon, and let it stand for 5 minutes while you watch the moonlight.
Affirmation: "I open my mind and heart to the moonlight, and allow harmony to enter my day."
Which rosemary to choose?
Ideally:
- 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary (press lightly with your fingers to release the aroma)
- 1 slice of lemon
- a glass of cold or room temperature water
If you don't have fresh, you can use dry, but then:
- use a pinch of dried rosemary (a much smaller amount)
- energy and aroma are milder than with fresh
Fresh rosemary is often chosen in rituals because it symbolizes clarity of mind, protection and presence in the moment, which fits nicely with the energy of the Moon ๐✨
Day 2 – Energy of the Earth and the Sun
Drink: Carrot and apple juice (maybe with a little ginger*).
Ritual: While preparing the juice, visualize how the colors of the drink enter your body and refresh every cell.
Affirmation: "With every sip, I bring light and energy into my body and spirit."
How many gingers and which should I choose?
Recommended amount:
- For salt from 200-250 ml of juice
- Fresh ginger: a piece the size of a thumb nail (about ½–1 cm)
- In powder (if there is no fresh): a pinch (on the tip of a knife)
Tips:
- If you want a softer, gentler effect → ½ cm
- If you want stronger energy and a warming feeling → up to 1 cm
Ginger is strong, so it is better to start with less and add more if necessary
While adding ginger, you can consciously inhale its smell and enhance visualization ๐
Day 3 – Soothing warmth
Drink: Milk with cinnamon and a little turmeric* (warm).
Ritual: Hold the cup in both hands and close your eyes. Breathe in the smell of spices and the feeling of warmth.
Affirmation: "I feel peace, warmth and security in my inner world."
Drink (1 cup):
- 200–250 ml of milk (cow's or vegetable - almond, oat)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
- Optional: a drop of honey (add only when the drink cools down a bit)
Preparation:
- Heat the milk until warm (do not boil).
- Add cinnamon and turmeric, mix well.
- Pour it into a cup, take it in both hands.
Ritual (1–2 minutes):
- Close your eyes, take three deep breaths.
- Feel the heat pass through your palms into your chest.
- Say the affirmation slowly, to yourself or out loud.
๐ This drink is ideal in the evening, because it calms the nervous system and gives a feeling of security.
Day 4 – Purifying freshness
Drink: Water with cucumber and mint leaves*.
Ritual: Drink the drink slowly, focusing on each sip and the feeling of refreshment in the body.
Affirmation: "I release everything that burdens me and allow the flow of energy to flow freely."
Recommended amount (1 glass):
- 250 ml of water (room temperature or slightly cooled)
- 3–4 thin rings of cucumber
- 5–7 leaves of fresh mint (press them gently with your fingers to release the aroma)
Tips for the ritual:
- Leave the drink to stand for 5-10 minutes before drinking.
- Drink slowly, in small sips, with conscious breathing.
If you want a stronger refreshing effect, you can increase to:
- 500 ml of water
- ½ small cucumber (cut into rings)
- 8–10 mint leaves
Mild, clean and relieving - just as the affirmation says ✨
Day 5 – Fruit joy
Beverage: Orange and raspberry juice*.
Ritual: Imagine how every drop of the drink fills your heart with joy and optimism.
Affirmation: "Joy and light flow through me and they are reflected in my life."
Recommended amount (1 glass):
- 150 ml of orange juice
- 100 ml of raspberry juice
Tips:
- If the raspberry is stronger/more sour → you can go with 170 ml of orange + 80 ml of raspberry
- If you use squeezed orange and blended raspberry, strain as desired or leave the pulp for "fuller" energy
This relationship gives joy, color and lightness, exactly in line with the affirmation ✨
Day 6 – Warm introspective power
Drink: Warm milk with vanilla and nutmeg.
Ritual: Drink slowly, eyes closed, and imagine moonlight entering your soul.
Affirmation: "I connect with my inner wisdom and allow it to guide me."
Drink (1 cup):
- 200–250 ml milk (cow’s or plant-based – almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, nut milk)
- 2–3 drops vanilla extract
- or
- a pinch of vanilla powder
- one small pinch (on the tip of a knife, freshly grated if possible)
Preparation:
- Heat the milk until warm (not boiling).
- Add vanilla and nutmeg, stir gently.
- Hold the cup in both hands and drink slowly.
- Note (important): Nutmeg is strong – no more than a pinch. In small amounts it gives warmth and introspective energy, in larger amounts it can be unpleasant.
With coconut milk
Ingredients (1 cup):
- 200–250 ml of coconut milk (from a tetrapak or diluted from a can)
- 1-2 drops of vanilla extract or a pinch of vanillin powder
- a pinch of nutmeg (on the tip of a knife)
- optional (choose one): ½ teaspoon of honey or a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Gently heat the coconut milk until warm (do not boil).
- Add vanilla and nutmeg, mix gently.
- If desired, add honey or cinnamon and stir once more.
- Pour into a cup.
Ritual: Hold a cup in both hands. Close your eyes and drink slowly. Imagine the moonlight descending through the darkness and filling your chest with warmth and peace.
Day 7 – Balance and integration
Drink: Combination of vegetable and fruit juices (eg celery + apple + lemon).
Ritual: While drinking, thank the Moon for energy, yourself for dedication and your body for support.
Affirmation: "I unite body, spirit and mind in harmony and open myself to new energies and opportunities."
Recommended amount (1 glass, ~250 ml):
- Celery: 50 ml of freshly squeezed juice (about 1 stalk with or without leaves)
- Apple: 150 ml of juice (1 medium apple)
- Lemon: 50 ml juice (½ lemon)
Tips:
- If you want a milder, sweeter version, reduce the celery to 30-40 ml and increase the apple.
- If you like more freshness and acidity, you can add a little more lemon, but not more than 60 ml.
Ritual: drink slowly, give thanks and say an affirmation, realizing how the body, spirit and mind work in harmony. ✨
Notes for using Moon Elixir:
- Prepare drinks in silence or with soothing music.
- Devote 3-5 minutes to the ritual, breathe deeply and listen to your body.
- Drink the drinks slowly, consciously and with gratitude.
- The Moon Elixir is part of the Moon Spoon, so you can combine rituals with teas and tea guides for additional harmony.
