๐ Chakras are energy centers in the human body, which regulate the flow of energy and connect the body, mind and spirit. The word "chakra" comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "disk", which symbolizes the rotating movement of energy within the body. Traditionally, there are seven main chakras that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each of these chakras corresponds to different physical organs, emotional states, mental abilities and spiritual connection.

1. Root (Muladhara) – security, stability, body.
2. Sacral (Svadhisthana) – emotions, enjoyment, creativity.
3. Solar plexus (Manipura) – will, confidence, energy.
4. Heart (Anahata) – love, empathy, connection.
5. Throat (Vishuddha) – communication, truth, expression.
6. Third eye (Ajna) – intuition, wisdom, inner insight.
7. Crown (Sahasrara) – spirituality, consciousness, connection with the Universe.
