Buckwheat porridge with blueberries and Ceylon cinnamon

📌 Breakfast 

📋 Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of buckwheat

200 ml of water

1 handful of blueberries (fresh)

½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

👉 Preparation:

1. Soak buckwheat in the evening, and in the morning wash it and boil it for 15 minutes.

2. Add blueberries and cinnamon, stir.

3. If desired, sweeten with honey.
