Baked hake with cauliflower and carrots

📌 Lunch 

📋 Ingredients:

1 hake fillet

½ head of cauliflower

1 carrot

Olive oil, salt, lemon, oregano

Gluten-free bread or wholemeal bread or Wholemeal tortillas or vegan bread with seeds

👉 Preparation:

0. Peel the carrot.

1. Cut the carrot into rings and place in a baking tray.

2. Prepare the cauliflower. Add to the cauliflower florets in the pan.

3. Place the hake on it, add the spices, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon.

4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 180°C, then another 5 minutes without foil.

Note: check the hake after 15 minutes to see if it is ready. Turn the cauliflower a little halfway through cooking.

Serve with bread.
