Zucchini, leek and sunflower seed soup

๐Ÿ“Œ Dinner 

๐Ÿ“‹ Ingredients:

1 small zucchini

1 stalk of leek

1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Olive oil, salt

Gluten-free bread or integral bread or Whole wheat tortillas or vegan bread with seeds

๐Ÿ‘‰ Preparation:

0. Clean leek and finely chop. Clean zucchini and cut into cubes.

1. Sautรฉ leeks in a little olive oil.

2. Add the zucchini and cover with water.

3. Cook for 15 minutes, add the seeds, mix with a stick mixer.

Serve with bread.
