Mini guide to aromatherapy at home

Essential oils: lavender (5 drops) + sandalwood (2 drops).

Base oil: jojoba or almond (10 ml)

Use: massage neck, shoulders or feet; add to bath (diluted).

Essential oils: peppermint (3 drops) + lemon (3 drops).

Base oil: almond or coconut (10 ml)

Use: hand and foot massage in the morning; diffuser to refresh the space.

Base oil: jojoba (10 ml)

💡 General tips:

Dilution: always mix essential oils with a base oil (1–5% concentration).

Skin test: before first use, apply a small amount to your hand to check for possible allergic reaction.

Storage: store the oils in dark bottles, in a cool and dry place.

Combining: mix oils according to the effect you want – relaxation, energy or focus.
