Spices for milk - New Moon

Description:
The New Moon symbolizes silence, withdrawal and setting intentions. This blend is mild, warm and soothing, with a focus on the nervous system and quality sleep. It is intended for an evening ritual, writing intentions or silent meditation.
Ingredients (for one serving):
- 250 ml of milk (cow's or plant-based almond milk or oat milk)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ashwagandha powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
1. Heat the milk to the point of boiling, but do not let it boil.
2. Add all the spices, gently whisk with a wire or spoon until they are completely combined.
3. Remove from heat, add sweetener as desired and leave for a minute for the flavors to combine.
4. Drink slowly, warm.
